Professional Workplace & Venue Alcohol Testing
A robust, professional wall-mounted breathalyser designed for frequent alcohol screening in workplaces, mining, construction, pubs, clubs
and other high-use environments.
The RBT Plus Wallmount Breathalyser is our most popular commercial unit — a rugged, permanently wall-mounted breath tester certified to AS3547, built for everyday, high-volume self-testing. Give your team a fast, reliable way to self-test before every shift. The AlcoLimit RBT Plus Wallmount Breathalyser is a professional-grade, Australian Standards approved breath alcohol testing unit built for high-use workplaces, including mining, construction, transport, manufacturing, engineering and other safety-sensitive industries.
It combines a heavy-duty electrochemical fuel cell sensor, a clear three-decimal-place %BAC display and durable metal construction with Self-Replaceable Sensor (SRS) technology — so your business gets accurate, on-site alcohol screening with minimal downtime and none of the hassle of sending the whole unit away for service.
Approved to AS3547, the RBT Plus can be configured for free self-testing for employees, or coin-operated use ($1/$2) where required.
The AlcoLimit RBT Plus Wallmount Breathalyser complies with Australian Standard AS3547:1997. This certification means the unit has undergone rigorous testing to verify accuracy, durability and reliability.
When purchasing a breathalyser, AS3547 approval provides peace of mind that the
device has been independently assessed against recognised performance standards.

Intelli-Sensor Recognition Technology
AlcoLimit’s Intelli-Sensor Recognition Technology automatically checks the condition of the sensor every time the breathalyser is used. The system analyses sensor stability and monitors alcohol residue build-up to help maintain optimal performance. If recalibration is required, the device will provide a clear notification, ensuring ongoing accuracy and dependable results.
-
Flow Control Technology
AlcoLimit’s advanced Flow Control Technology ensures accurate and reliable results by monitoring the flow rate of each breath sample. The device requires a sufficient and consistent breath sample before a reading is displayed, helping to improve accuracy and prevent invalid tests.
