No. Filtered Mouthpieces are only compatible with Protector, Vivid and Enforcer breathalyser models.

No. The AlcoLimit Filtered Mouthpieces are the only compatible part for these models that can ensure a secure fit and successful test.

For personal use, you can reuse your own mouthpiece if it's kept clean and in good condition. Wash it in warm water and avoid alcohol-based cleaners, as they can affect readings.
For workplace testing, use a new individually wrapped mouthpiece for each person. We recommend ordering a new pack whenever your breathalyser is recalibrated.

How tight should my mouthpiece fit inside the device?
It should slide in with light hand pressure and sit securely. Don't force it - if it doesn't fit easily, check you've got the correct mouthpiece for your model.
Why is my mouthpiece loose fitting?
Why is my mouthpiece loose fitting?
A loose fit is usually caused by a worn mouthpiece connection tube or use of the incorrect mouthpiece. Firstly, check you're using a compatible mouthpiece. If the mouthpiece still feels loose, the plastic tube securing the mouthpiece to the device may be worn down.

All AlcoLimit mouthpieces do not have a set shelf life if stored in a clean, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Replace any mouthpiece that's cracked, damaged or dirty.
My device is showing a "FLO" error - is this a mouthpiece issue?
My device is showing a "FLO" error - is this a mouthpiece issue?
A FLO error means the device was unable to detect a sufficient breath sample to produce a BAC% reading.
Firstly, confirm you are using a compatible mouthpiece for your device. Check the mouthpiece is fully inserted, then blow firmly and steadily until the test finishes.
